At Lofrin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in its original condition
Be returned in its original packaging
Include all tags, accessories, and accompanying materials
Lofrin reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
Products showing signs of wear or use
Items purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional campaigns (unless defective)
Gift cards, if applicable
If you receive:
A defective product
A damaged product
An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
Order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Customers may request an exchange for:
Size issues
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items received
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may be offered:
Store credit
An alternative product
A refund, at our discretion
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:
A defective product
A damaged product
An error on our part
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The wrong item was shipped
The item arrived damaged
The product contains a manufacturing defect
In such cases, Lofrin may cover the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our support team with your order details.
Provide photographs if required.
Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Ship the product as instructed.
Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Lofrin reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
Our decision regarding eligibility for returns and refunds shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
